These Booking Terms & Conditions explain how Yorda Hair Beauty handles bookings, cancellations, and appointments made through our website or other booking channels.
BOOKING
By booking an appointment with Yorda Hair Beauty, you enter into a binding agreement for the selected service, date, and time. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details are correct.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation, and the full service fee will still apply.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full.
CANCELLATION METHOD
Cancellations and rescheduling requests are only accepted via email or phone.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services booked for a specific date or time.
PROVIDER CANCELLATION
Yorda Hair Beauty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, the customer will be offered a new appointment or a full refund.
PAYMENT
Payment terms are specified at the time of booking. All prices are stated in SEK (kr) unless otherwise indicated.

UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Booking Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.
