Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, all hair extension purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds.
At Yorda Hair, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and returns policy below. 

If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Once the item is reviewed and confirmed as defective, we will provide a replacement or exchange.

If the item is not approved as defective, it will be returned to you without replacement.

Replacement Conditions

Exchanges or replacements will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use or alteration, including:

  • Brushing, washing, combing, or finger styling

     

  • Cutting or removing from the bundle/weft

     

  • Installation or wear

     

  • Coloring, lifting, perming, rinsing, or chemical processing

     

  • Use of non-recommended products

The product must be returned in original condition and original packaging.

Return Requirements

  • Defect claims must be made within 3 days of delivery

     

  • Items must be unused and unaltered

     

  • Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping method

     

  • Signature confirmation is recommended

     

  • Requests submitted after 3 days will not be accepted

     

  • We only allow exchanges for hair bundles depending on why the exchange needed within one day from receiving.

RETURNS
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns are not accepted if:
• The product has been opened or used (for hygiene reasons, especially hair products).
• The product is custom-made or specially ordered according to the customer’s request.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• You must contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
