SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via PostNord, DHL, or other trusted carriers. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery typically takes 0–7 business days depending on destination and if the product is in stock, If not available, preparation may take 10-15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
• Free shipping: Orders over 2000SEK (kr) within Sweden qualify for free shipping via PostNord.
• International shipping: Shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct contact information has been provided at checkout.

CARRIER DELAYS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
